We'll Deal With That Later

In the vein of Mark Levin I say 'We'll Deal With That Later'.

If you are at all active on social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, or Google+, and discuss politics then you have come across 3rd party zealots.  I say the following with all the candor, humor, and love that I can.

I consider myself a conservative and logical thinker as opposed to an illogical thinker a.k.a. 'liberals'. Ever since the stimulus bill was passed in early 2009 I have identified my number one goal for the 2012 election as replacing Barack Hussein Obama a.k.a. 'Scary Barry'.  With that said, I feel that Mitt Romney is our best chance to make this happen!

Constitution of the United State - Official

During this past year I have had many discussions with self-identified conservatives that support another less known candidate.  Their number one mantra is that they vote completely based upon conservative or libertarian principle.  I applaud their idealism.  I too have idealism but it is tempered with a force called 'reality'.  A 3rd party candidate will not win the 2012 U.S. Election for President.

These 3rd party candidate supporters are steadfast and would rather let Barack Hussein Obama win the election than vote for someone they see as less than their ideal candidate.  They never admit that their vote for a 3rd party candidate is a vote for the status quo.  To admit that is to admit they secretly want BHO to win so they can wallow in their self-righteousness.  They cling to their candidate as the legitimate and rightful conservative although their candidate's campaign has not done the ground work to make a serious run for the office of President of the United States.

I do not write the above to inflame my fellow conservatives.  I write it to explain the fallacy in their actions.  We need to prioritize our goals to return to a traditional constitutionalist view of government where the people hold the power and government is afraid of us.  We did not get into this mess with just the last national election.  This has been an ongoing ceding of power by the people back to government through sheer complacency backed by laziness.  The last election brought to a head what we collectively have ignored.  Our rights are not guaranteed by the government.  They are guaranteed by our own collective responsibility to enforce the U.S. Constitution and remove those who do not or will not acknowledge that the U.S. Constitution is the law of the land.

To stop our bleeding as a country I suggest the following goals:

Part 1:

1. Replace Barack Hussein Obama

Here is the 'We'll Deal With That Later' section

Part 2:

2. Replace all Representatives and Senators that have shown by deed or rhetoric that they do not respect the U.S. Constitution as the law of the land

3. Replace any future persons holding these positions that do not show support for the U.S. Consitution

4. Repeat steps 2-4 to ensure our Republic continutes to exist

Please notice I place no qualifications on replacing Barack Hussein Obama.  This is not because I do not care who will replace him.  It is because he has shown by deed and rhetoric that anyone is a better choice than Barack Hussein Obama.  But for this to happen the person has to have a chance and have the support of a major political party.  It is your right and duty to vote but it is your responsibility to ensure that your vote counts!  This year and for this election Mitt Romney has the over whelming best chance!  As for the rest, we'll deal with that later!!
